Hi, I’m Bronwen de Klerk. I’ve dedicated my life to movement arts and have trained in different styles of yoga, movement and healing arts. I unite elements of all of these practices to unlock each student’s innate potential to free their bodies. The ocean nourishes my soul – I bring the nourishing and connecting energy of water and the ocean into my teaching and practice.

Yoga embraces all elements of movement, whether its focusing on flexibility, strength, rhythm or flow, using the the breath to connect mind and body, creating a beautiful state of balance and calm. By incorporating a regular yoga practice into your daily routine, you’ll raise your energy levels and ability to deal with life’s stresses.
A flowing and rhythmic sequence combining asana (postures) with pranayama (breath), allowing tensions to release, leaving you feeling revitalized. All levels welcome.
Private sessions are designed specific to your constitution and needs. These sessions can include massage if needed. Private sessions can be combined with your own unique program for home practice. Your home program can include advice on eating and other health balancing practices. Private group sessions can also be arranged. Contact me to discuss your unique requirements.
Rest and regeneration are as important as exercise and movement. We need to give ourselves the time and space to heal. Massage and bodywork can assist this process. What and how we eat also affects our energy levels and our body’s ability to heal itself. Nourishing yourself physically and energetically is vital to your health.
A deeply relaxing treatment with pressure and stretches applied along the meridians and acupoints of your body to release and promote the free flow of energy. Sessions are designed to your unique requirements, incorporating breath and energy balancing practices. Sessions are provided on a futon and you remain fully clothed.
Becoming aware of how your eating affects your wellbeing is vital in attaining balanced health. Mindful Eating encompasses using various techniques to assist you in connecting with your deeper self to empower you to choose the right foods to nourish yourself. I can also assist you in developing a healthy eating plan, taking into consideration your constitution and nutritional needs.
