Hi, I’m Bronwen de Klerk. I’ve dedicated my life to movement arts and have trained in different styles of yoga, movement and healing arts. I unite elements of all of these practices to unlock each student’s innate potential to free their bodies. The ocean nourishes my soul – I bring the nourishing and connecting energy of water and the ocean into my teaching and practice.

By incorporating a regular yoga practice into your daily routine, you’ll raise your energy levels and ability to deal with life’s stresses.

Rest and regeneration are as important as exercise and movement. We need to give ourselves the time and space to heal. Massage and breathing exercises can assist this process. What and how we eat also affects our energy levels and our body’s ability to heal itself. Nourishing yourself physically and energetically is vital to your health.
